El Convertidor de FODA a Acción: Convierte un Análisis Estratégico en un Plan de 30 Días con Responsables y Plazos

Por qué importa este prompt
SWOT analyses are famous for being thorough and useless in the same breath — listing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats tells a team nothing about what to actually do Monday morning. Without a forcing function that converts the analysis into a small number of owned, dated, measurable actions, most SWOT exercises get redone from scratch next quarter because nothing from the last one was ever implemented, and the team ends up re-discovering the same weaknesses and threats a year later.
Para qué lo usamos
Your team just finished a quarterly strategy offsite and produced a SWOT analysis with 20+ bullet points across four quadrants, but the document is about to sit in a shared drive untouched the moment everyone goes back to their day jobs.
Prompt
Role: Act as an operations-minded strategy consultant whose job is not analysis but implementation — someone brought in specifically to make sure a strategic planning exercise produces action rather than just a well-organized document. Context: My team completed a SWOT analysis for [BUSINESS/TEAM/PRODUCT NAME]. Here is the full analysis: [PASTE SWOT ANALYSIS — STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES, THREATS]. We have [NUMBER] people available to own action items: [LIST TEAM MEMBERS AND THEIR ROLES/CAPACITY]. Our planning horizon for this round is 30 days. Task: 1. From the Opportunities and Strengths, identify which combinations suggest the highest-leverage actions — specifically, where a Strength could be used to capture an Opportunity faster than competitors, or defend against a Threat. 2. From the Weaknesses and Threats, identify which combinations represent the most urgent risk — specifically, where a Weakness makes a Threat materially worse if left unaddressed for 30 days. 3. Select no more than 7 total action items across both categories above. Prioritize leverage and urgency over covering every SWOT bullet point. Many SWOT items should NOT become action items this round — say explicitly which ones you're deliberately not acting on yet and why. 4. For each selected action item, assign it to the team member from my list whose role or capacity best fits, and flag it if no one on the list is actually a good fit. 5. Define one measurable success metric per action item that can be checked in 30 days, not a vague directional goal. Constraints: - Do not force all four SWOT quadrants to have equal representation. If the real leverage is concentrated in Opportunities this round, say so rather than padding Weaknesses or Threats with filler action items. - Do not assign an action item to someone whose listed capacity or role doesn't plausibly support it — flag the gap instead of making an unrealistic assignment. - Every success metric must be checkable with a yes/no or a number in 30 days — reject vague metrics like "increase awareness" or "improve alignment." - If a SWOT item itself is too vague to act on (e.g., "weak brand" with no specifics), flag it as [NEEDS CLARIFICATION] rather than inventing a plausible-sounding but ungrounded action. Output Format: 1. "Action Plan" — numbered list of up to 7 items, each with: Action / Owner / Why This Leverage or Urgency / Success Metric (30-day, measurable) / Source SWOT Item(s) 2. "Deliberately Not Acting On This Round" — bulleted list of SWOT items explicitly deprioritized, with a one-line reason each 3. "Flagged Gaps" — any action that needed an owner the team doesn't have, or any SWOT item too vague to act on
Resultado
*Action Plan*
1. **Action:** Launch a "Switch in a Week" campaign targeting the competitor's churned customers, leading with our 3-day onboarding speed. **Owner:** Marketing Lead **Why This Leverage:** Combines our Strength (fastest onboarding in the category) with a live Opportunity (the competitor's outage created an actively shopping buyer pool) — this leverage window is measured in weeks, not months. **Success Metric:** 15 qualified demo bookings from the churned-customer segment within 30 days. **Source SWOT Item(s):** Strength #1, Opportunity #1
2. **Action:** Interview 3 enterprise customers, even small ones, to produce at least one enterprise-tier case study. **Owner:** Customer Success Lead **Why This Leverage:** Directly addresses the Weakness most likely to cost us deals if the newly-funded entrant starts targeting enterprise accounts (Threat #1) — we can't out-discount a $40M raise, but we can out-prove fit. **Success Metric:** One published enterprise case study, reviewed and approved by the customer, live on the site. **Source SWOT Item(s):** Weakness #1, Threat #1
**Deliberately Not Acting On This Round** - Strength #2 ("strong NPS score") — real, but not urgent or under competitive pressure this cycle; revisit next quarter. - Weakness #3 ("thin API documentation") — a valid gap, but no evidence it's currently costing deals; lower leverage than the two items selected above.
**Flagged Gaps** - Opportunity #2 ("expand into the EU market") has no owner with bandwidth or EU-market experience on the current team list — this needs either a hire or an explicit decision to delay. - Weakness #2 ("unclear pricing page") is too vague as written to act on. [NEEDS CLARIFICATION: is the issue the pricing model itself, the page's copy, or the page's design?]
