What we use it for

لماذا يتم تنظيم هذا البرومبت بهذه الطريقة
يصبّ قسم الأدوار النموذج في قالب مستشار عمليات وليس خبيراً استراتيجياً، وذلك عن قصد. خبراء الاستراتيجية جيدون في إنتاج مزيد من التحليل؛ مستشارو العمليات مدربون على طرح سؤال "من يفعل ماذا بحلول متى؟". هذا الإطار وحده يغير شكل المخرجات — تحصل على جدول زمني، لا إطار عمل آخر.
كتلة السياق تُجبر المستخدم على لصق محتوى تحليل SWOT الفعلي بالإضافة إلى قيدين تتجاهلهما معظم البرومبتات التخطيطية: حجم الفريق والساعات المتاحة أسبوعياً. خطة 30 يوماً لفريق من 3 أشخاص لا يمكن أن تكون بنفس كثافة الإجراءات خطة لقسم من 300 شخص، والبرومبت الذي يتجاهل السعة ينتج خططاً لا يمكن لأحد تنفيذها.
